O
wners of Tuscany Beach Restaurant; Nigel, Maxine and Simon Newhouse and partners are celebrating eleven successful years of trading in Camps Bay, Cape Town, South Africa.

Indisputably considered as experienced and well respected restaurateurs; Nigel, Maxine and Simon who previously owned and managed the very popular La Buca di Bacco restaurants situated in Durban and Umhlanga Rocks, moved to the Western Cape in 1995 to make 'their mark' on the Cape restaurant scene.

Situated on Camps Bay's bustling beach front, the 100 - seater Tuscany Beach Seafood and Italian Restaurant, which opened its' doors in 1996 has become synonymous for fresh line fish and seafood.

In 2003 a new partner joined the business and the restaurant received another facelift also enlarging the size to accommodate up 200 persons. The restaurant now caters for Sushi lovers as an addition to it's extensive menu.

With the new partnership, Tuscany Beach and the adjoining property Sunset Beach Cafe where amalgamated to bring a whole and new exciting restaurant concept to Camps Bay.

This major face lift incorporated a new restaurant frontage which is able to slide open so patrons can enjoy the sea breeze and the 'al fresco' eating. On colder days the views of the rough seas behind glass can be enjoyed in the cosy comfort of the restaurant.

Crisp linen table cloths, imported Italian glass chandeliers and an ambience to more than match the hit places of the Mediterranean now make The Tuscany Beach Restaurant the place to be seen at and be seen.

For a more casual meal, guests can dine beach style at cafe tables on the pavement.
